Pillars of the Industry Awards™

Mission: The NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards Gala recognizes the "best of the best" in the multifamily industry in over 30 categories, including finance, development, design, management and marketing.

Presented by: NAHB Multifamily (National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Council)

Eligibility: Each award has its own judging criteria and its own entry requirements, which are described in the official entry notebook.

Categories: Several awards available in each of three general categories including fifteen Builder Awards, nine Marketing Awards, and eight Individual/Firm Awards. Judges may reassign entries to other categories as they see fit and are not required to name a winner in each category

Judging: Judges are selected by the Industry Awards Committee of NAHB from among the most creative and successful professionals in the industry, representing many disciplines contributing to multifamily housing, including design, construction, management, and marketing.

Best in American Living Awards
Mission: BALA, the country’s foremost design competition for residential housing, judges entries not only on appearance, but also scrutinizes interior floor plans, how the project relates to its own local market, and the construction techniques and materials used.

Presented by: Professional Builder Magazine
